What does “Forma” mean?
Forma is about shaping how you think. It’s the decision-making structure that helps you see the full picture, weigh tradeoffs, and turn capital into outcomes. We re-form how professionals see decisions, driving value with clarity in motion and capital with consequence. It’s a shift from scattered tactics to deliberate, holistic capital allocation.
Is this just another finance course?
No. This isn’t accounting – debits and credits. It’s not a banking analyst bootcamp or a financial modeling crash course. If you expect a library of plug-and-play templates, this isn’t that.
If you want to learn how to frame and act on decisions, it is. You’ll learn how to use first principles to think like a strategic CFO and how to scale that thinking in minutes with AI prompts. Less about rote spreadsheets, more about real capital deployment, tradeoffs, and leverage, with judgment at the core.
Who is this really for?
Founders, operators, engineers, finance professionals, and even recent MBAs or finance grads who want to close the gap between classroom theory and real-world execution. If you deploy capital, lead teams, or justify roadmaps, this course gives you the lens to make sharper calls, faster.
Do I need a finance background?
No. If you can build, lead, or persuade, you’re already making capital allocation decisions; this just makes you better at them. AI can run models. You need to decide what matters.
What if I already know finance?

Can I skip around modules?
Not really. The Corporate Finance Lens™ is designed as a sequential system. Each module sets up the thinking you’ll need for the next one. If you jump ahead, the later material won’t land as clearly. Moving through the sequence is what makes the system work.
How long do I have access?
You get 6 months of access. If life hits hard — family, health, serious disruption — you can request an extension.

What if I just want to talk to someone?

How long does it take to complete?
Most learners complete The Corporate Finance Lens™ in 6–8 weeks, spending ~2–3 hours per week across instruction, applied exercises, and decision work. You can move faster or slower depending on your schedule.

Can I access the course on mobile?
Yes. Your phone, laptop, tablet, even your in-flight Wi-Fi.
Do I need to download anything?
Nothing to install. Just log in and go.
What happens if I lose my password?
Happens to the best of us. You’ll reset it in 15 seconds and move on.
Will I get a certificate?
Yes. You’ll receive both a downloadable PDF certificate and an official, verifiable LinkedIn credential powered by Accredible. All alumni automatically receive new versions if we enhance or expand our credentialing system.
How can I reach Forma if something isn’t working?
For access or billing issues, enrolled students should contact support@formaedtech.com. Include your full name and enrollment date. We can only assist enrolled students.
Are there limitations on how I can use Forma?
Forma grants you a limited, personal license to access course content. Any commercial use, redistribution, or AI training without written consent is strictly prohibited. All rights reserved.
Can I use Forma content in AI tools or upload it to LLMs?
Allowed: Using the Forma Prompt Clinic templates in your own AI workflows.
Not allowed: Uploading full course slides, transcripts, or PDFs into AI systems like ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini, or using course content to train/tune a model.
Pricing, Refunds & Payment
How much does the course cost?
Founding pricing for The Corporate Finance Lens is $699 through March 2026. It’s a reduced rate for the earliest operators joining the program. Pricing will increase after the early-adopter period.
Why $699?
Because one avoided mistake, a bad hire, a wasted budget cycle, or a mispriced deal easily outweighs the cost. Founding pricing reflects early-adopter access; it will increase after the launch window.
What’s the deal with Office Hours pricing?
Simple:
• $150 for 20 minutes
• $400 for 3-pack
Office Hours are optional, but powerful. No contracts. No fluff. Just high-impact time.
Is there a refund policy?
Yes. There is a straightforward, effort-based refund window. You may request a full refund within 7 days of enrollment, provided you have not accessed more than 15% of the course. After that point, enrollment is locked in. To request a refund under this policy, email support@formaedtech.com.
B2B & Teams
Can we train our whole team?
Yes. Forma works well for teams, especially when everyone is leveling up their decision lens at the same time. We tailor team rollouts so they’re structured and effective rather than mass-market. If you have a group of 10, 20, or 50+, we can usually support it with group pricing, onboarding, and even hybrid delivery when needed.
Do you offer team pricing?
For now, we handle team pricing case by case. If you have a group of analysts, engineers, PMs, or founders in mind, reach out, we’re happy to explore a setup that works for your team, whether that’s bulk enrollment, custom workshops, or a mix of async and live sessions.
Can we integrate this with our internal LMS?
Forma isn’t built for plug-and-play LMS integration today. But if you’re exploring content licensing or a hybrid delivery model (e.g., using our core modules alongside your internal systems), we’re open to structured pilots.
